Leadership in an intercultural and international context

An international team. That sounds interesting - at first. However, in the practice it can be challenging and even sometimes frustrating.  Different cultures, languages and locations collide with different values and standards, which can cause additional challenges for you as a leader. Even though you may have a lot of experience and tolerance in dealing with such problems, it can still trigger conflicts amongst employees and yourself.

I have worked in an international context for over 20 years and managed various teams at home and abroad across locations and I know the moments of surprise and incomprehension. Let us work out together what you need in your individual situation (deployment abroad / different nationalities in the team / remote leadership) for you and your team so that everyone feels understood and valued.
